When the sun comes out in Portland, Portland comes out in the sun. It was a beautiful day here in stumptown and after we knocked out the obligatory spring yard work we took Janey to LH park and put her in the baby swing. She loved it!
We picked up a pack to haul Janey around while we hike. We tried it out in Forest Park in the West Hills. She dug it, but we couldn't go very far before it was clear Janey was ready to go home.
First and foremost, none of this means anything to us other than Janey is within the realm of "normal". With that said her latest measurements are 70% for height, 75% for weight, and 25% for head size. And all along I thought she had a great big charlie brown head!
Grandma Cindy made some phenomenal flannels for the family! After mom and dad picked out the flannel material of their choice, Grandma Cindy made me two flannels so I would match mom and dad!
Christmas time this year was very eventful. The most exciting part was Janey getting to meet lots of friends and family! However the Christmas season was complicated here in portland by a severe winter snow storm. So severe in fact, that more snow fell in a 7 day period than any other time since they started keeping records.
We had a great christmas and there so many things that happened between the last post and today, that I thought I'd let the pictures do the talking. So, enjoy!
